The students, in collaboration with the Bathurst Healthy Community Network, are organizing a Health Fair from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the K.C. Irving Regional Centre.

"There will be a variety of booths focusing on wellness and people will be invited to walk around the track," said Kimberly Boucher, a nursing student from the University of Moncton, Shippagan campus.

The other nursing students involved are Sylvie Babineau, Natacha LeBreton, Anne Poirier and Marc-André Vienneau.

Ms. Boucher said the idea behind the Health Fair is to promote "healthy living in our community, and allow citizens to discover different services offered in Bathurst and surrounding areas in the field of health and wellness."
