Made it to national finals of Legion poster contest

Kelsey Henry of Bathurst recently received a certificate of honourable mention for her entry in the national finals of the Royal Canadian Legion Remembrance Day Poster Contest. Kelsey, who was in Grade 5 at Terry Fox Elementary last school year, is shown with her mother Kim Henry and Wilmond Turbide, coordinator for the local Poster Contest. Kelsey’s father is Daniel Henry and she is the granddaughter of Barbara Lavigne and the late Edgar Lavigne of Bathurst.
