The following is a list of local recipients of the 2008-09 J. Harper Kent Charitable Foundation scholarships.

There were 54 scholarships awarded this year in memory of the late Bathurst entrepreneur, and $300,000 was awarded in total. Scholarships are awarded for tuition up to a maximum value of $7,500.
