Cadet Yannick Theriault, of No. 1242 Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps in Petit-Rocher, proudly displays the improvised chair he built out of sticks and twigs. He was photographed while on the Army Cadet Leader Instructor Course specializing in adventure training, held at Argonaut Atlantic Region Army Cadet Summer Training Centre at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown. While on this course, he learned a variety of topics including healthy living, physical fitness, map and compass, leadership, and adventure training. The cadet program is available across Canada to young people ages 12 to 18.
