This product is so strange, that frankly, it is pretty neat:

Looking for an alternative to plastic cutlery? Something that LOOKS and FUNCTIONS like a plastic fork/ spoon/knife, but is actually biodegradable?

Well, this Spudware does just that- it is "plastic" looking cutlery, made from POTATOES, that breaks down in only 180 days. Specifically, it is made from 80% potato starch, 20% soy oil. This cutlery is actually rewashable and reusable.

What will they think of next???

Do you think this (or something like it) will catch on and become commonly used around here soon? I wonder...
