Official opening held for expanded Jean Coutu

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held April 16 to officially unveil the new look of Pharmacie Jean Coutu on St. Peter Avenue. The store has undergone an $8 million expansion and is now 10,250 square feet in size. Shown from left are Francois J. Coutu, president and chief executive officer of Group Jean Coutu; Brian Fitzpatrick, pharmacist and store owner; Bathurst Mayor Stephen Brunet and Father Wesley Wade, who said a prayer during the ceremony.
