Bathurst Mayor Stephen Brunet is shown hugging Mary Jane Doucet during a presentation of a plaque in memory her brothers Robert Nowlan and Roger Nowlan, two City of Bathurst employees who were killed on the job in 1974. The City felt it was fitting to honour of the only two City of Bathurst employees to have lost their lives on the job. The plaque will be displayed at City Hall.
