Day of Mourning: Workplace safety isn’t just a concept for victims’ families

Vance Scott, representing the City of Bathurst outside workers, was among 30 people who attended Monday’s annual Day of Mourning ceremony in Bathurst. Mr. Scott is president of Local 550 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees.
