Mount Carleton to hold aboriginal cultural weekend

An aboriginal cultural gathering will be held at the Nictau recreation area at Mount Carleton Provincial Park this Saturday and Sunday.

A wide range of activities will run both days from dawn until 5 p.m. These activities will include traditional Maliseet language instruction; basket making; fiddlehead and corn soup tasting; dreamcatcher making; and traditional dancing and drumming. The cost per vehicle is $7 per day.
