Published Tuesday September 2nd, 2008

The Bathurst Minor Hockey Association will be holding registration for both the coming season and its hockey school this week.
The 2008-2009 season will begin at the K. C. Irving Regional Centre on Oct. 1, while the hockey school will get under way at the same location on Sept. 15.
Players between 5 and 17 years of age who would like to sign up are asked to drop by the minor hockey office, just inside the Irving Centre's Bernie White Entrance, Tuesday or Thursday between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The last chance to register will be this Saturday at the City of Bathurst's One Stop Shop from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Irving Centre. A $10 late fee will be charged to registrations after Sept. 6, with the exception of players trying out for high school or AAA programs.
Players are asked to have their Medicare numbers when they sign up. Registration forms, as well as more information, is available at the minor hockey association's website, www.hockeysite.biz/bmha.
