
Baked Beans

½ teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoon molasses
½ onion
3 pieces salt pork
1 bag of beans
Pre-soak beans for approximately 12 hours. Add all ingredients. Put in oven at 325 degrees. Slow cook for 2 ½ hours. Turn off oven, leave beans in for an hour. Eat and enjoy!
