Ollie wants a forever home
Published Wednesday August 27th, 2008

Hi! My name is Ollie! I am a seven-month-old male who is beige and white and is a beagle mix. I am a new arrival to the shelter and I am the smallest dog here. I was surrendered last week when my owner was transferred for work and was not able to bring me along. It was sad for all of us but more than anything for me it was really scary. The next day, however, a nice couple took me home for a few days to foster, which lifted my spirits some. Unfortunately, my stay at my foster home was only temporary, but when I am adopted I hope it will be forever.
What you should know about me is that I am still a puppy and I come with lots of energy. I am good with children since I lived with one before in my old home. Also, when I stayed at my foster home there was another dog and a cat and we all got along fine together. In fact, I really enjoyed being brought on walks each evening with their dog. I can be a little wary around men but I warm up to them once I get to know them. I am very anxious here in my cage and find the shelter to be rather stressful. Please would you come meet me and see if I am the kind of dog who you could fall in love with?
