Twenty years ago, Madden games were small and simple. Now, Madden has grown a lot. It's much more complicated, more massive, and usually nearly the same as the last years' version. This game is available on the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and the PSP.

As everyone knows, every sports game is extremely similar to the last. This game is a good example. It offers some new tricks, but is much too similar to 08's.

Fortunately, if you look at the complete package, you'll see you're getting your money's worth. There's easily weeks worth of pure entertainment for non-fans, and unlimited fun for fans!

One great feature is the Backtrack, where you watch one of your plays, then Cris Collinsworth tells you what you did wrong. He will tell you everything from small details to large mistakes.

The main gameplay remains nearly unchanged, but looks great. Simply put, this is the best looking football game out there. The faces, the stadiums, and even animations are excellent.

Unfortunately, there's little content that non-fans will love as much as the hardcore fans. Everything about this game is geared at true fans of football.

There's no doubt this game was well made. Everything about it is tuned to perfection. Too bad it's still no huge step up for the series.
